Do you want to make a difference in young people's lives?

You'll be supporting young people living in supported accommodation in Chorley and Preston on their journey to independence.

Our support starts with the individual we provide high quality accommodation and support making sure that we are always there for young people going through tough times.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, with a flexible can do approach. If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you.

Salary:
£23,974.00-£25,714.00 per year
