Description
Proactive Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting Administrator to work with one of our clients based in Knowsley, Merseyside.
The Administrator will be responsible for providing support for the day-to-day aspects of the office, ensuring paperwork and tasks are progressed accurately and to time scales.
Main Duties:
- General day to day office duties, including data entry, filing and scanning
- Providing administration support to Managers & Engineers
- Updating the system and spreadsheets
- Creating and managing customer work books
- Booking Engineers Hotels
- Ordering Engineers PPE & Stationary
- Answering the telephone
- Log call outs/break downs at depots and customer sites
Experience & Skills:
- Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times.
- Have good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate to staff and customers
- Flexible approach to work and willing to work additional hours during busy periods to meet customer demand
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work in a team or on own initiative
- Knowledge of Excel & Word
- Knowledge of Teams
