Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all areas of the Finance function, including overseeing invoicing, monthly payroll, bank reconciliation and management accounts.
- Develop, implement and oversee the company's finance IT systems, policies and procedures
- Manage and develop the existing finance team.
- Produce analysis for forecasts and report to CFO.
- Prepare in depth reports on financial performance on a?monthly,?quarterly and annual basis.
- Assist the CFO with future investments.
- Profit and cost analysis
- Prepare monthly accounts/forecasts for Board meetings.
- Prepare annual accounts.
- Prepare detailed reporting and presentations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Prepare annual budgets and advise senior leadership teams.
- Office management duties, including supervision of premises, including leases and dealing with service providers.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills, including cost benefit analysis modelling
- Experienced in the management of a finance function and team.
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
- Indepth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and?payroll.
- Ability to present at board meetings and prepare financial presentations.
- Strong leadership skills
