Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all areas of the Finance function, including overseeing invoicing, monthly payroll, bank reconciliation and management accounts.
  • Develop, implement and oversee the company's finance IT systems, policies and procedures
  • Manage and develop the existing finance team.
  • Produce analysis for forecasts and report to CFO.
  • Prepare in depth reports on financial performance on a?monthly,?quarterly and annual basis.
  • Assist the CFO with future investments.
  • Profit and cost analysis
  • Prepare monthly accounts/forecasts for Board meetings.
  • Prepare annual accounts.
  • Prepare detailed reporting and presentations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Prepare annual budgets and advise senior leadership teams.
  • Office management duties, including supervision of premises, including leases and dealing with service providers.

Requirements:


  • Strong analytical skills, including cost benefit analysis modelling
  • Experienced in the management of a finance function and team.
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
  • Indepth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and?payroll.
  • Ability to present at board meetings and prepare financial presentations.
  • Strong leadership skills
