The Opportunity
Due to phenomenal growth, we are looking to appoint a Team leader to join our growing team and ramp up our Contracts business.
This is a partial remote role, working a couple of days a week in our brand new office in Theale.
You will have full scope and ownership for growing your specialist market.You will have the autonomy to build your desk as if it were your own business, and also build your own team.
You will be given access to the most advanced tools in the market to help you deliver exceptional performance month on month.
And you will be given full access to advanced level training programmes to ensure you are continuously reaching your full potential.

About You

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following skills:- Demonstratable experience as a 360 Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant or Team Leader within the technology market
- Strong track record of consistent billings
- Proven background winning business and maintaining long term relationships
- Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
- Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly ambitious with a team player mentality
