About Our Client:


The client we are working with is a large private sector company that manufactures and produces pharmaceutical and medical products, distributing to a broad clientele base of public and private medical facilities.


Key responsibilities of an associate inputter include:

  • Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter invoice details into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and classification.
  • Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders and receive documentation to ensure proper authorisation and receipt of goods or services.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports, investigating and resolving any issues.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to clarify invoice information, resolve payment discrepancies, and obtain missing documentation if needed.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and tax information.
  • Process vendor payments by check, electronic funds transfer, or other designated payment methods, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
  • Assist in preparing periodic financial reports and statements related to accounts payable.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable ageing, ensuring timely payments and identifying and addressing any pastdue invoices or potential issues.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Someone with graduate or translatable experience who is willing to learn and excel on the job.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and processes is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping and accounts payable processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytically and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
