The Careers Service at Oxford University is one of the more innovative and engaged such services in the UK.

Our mission is to provide and involve all our clients in a range of high value career-focused services, programmes, and activities to encourage and enable them to make and implement well-informed decisions about their careers.

We serve current Oxford students (26,000 undergraduates and postgraduates), 4,800 research staff, an international community of over 300,000 alumni, and 12,000 employers and other opportunity providers.

The role is primarily office based, whether at the Careers Service or in spaces where research staff meet such as departments, divisions and the Researcher Hub.
