People Operations Business Partner - Growing Global Organisation - London with Hybrid WorkingThis is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR Generalist to join a global organisation going through a period of exciting growth.
Reporting into the People & Culture Director you will be responsible for delivering an excellent HR Operational service to the organisation.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Overseeing HR practices and processes to deliver critical employee life cycle activities
- Taking the lead on recruitment and supporting managers to select and recruit high calibre staff
- Maximising the efficiency of the HR system through automated reporting and workflows
- Analysing recruitment and workforce data
- Making recommendations for changes to the HR System and supporting with implementation
- Supporting managers to effectively identify and analyse key performance and Employee Relations issues
You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of developing and implementing HR policies and processes including HR systems in a start up or growing organisation.
