Legal Practice Manager

Preston Region

Salary up to £55k DOE

The day-to-day duties will include managing:

  • HR functions
  • responsible for recruitment, employment policies, administering employee benefits etc.
  • Overall control of the Performance Review Process, completing appraisals for direct reportees and assisting with annual appraisals of other staff as required.


  • Compliance

  • Arranging all insurances required by the Company and ensuring all regulatory compliances are met. Monthly review and sign off of client/office account reconciliation as required by SRA rules.


  • ICT

  • Overseeing the Company's IT support contracts, Case Management Systems and telephones and ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
