Customer Service Advisor - Great Yarmouth - Immediate Start


Hales Group are seeking a Customer Service Advisor with excellent administration skills to provide a comprehensive 'one stop' service for customers reporting general property related issues, then scheduling resources to ensure that customers are providedwith a timely response.


Duties will include:

  • Offering excellent customer service to all customer taking inbound customer calls
  • Data entry updating and maintaining records on system
  • Scheduling of work
To be considered for this role you must;

  • Have an excellent level of customer service
  • Be an efficient and confident communicator
  • Be IT Literate and hardworking
  • Ideally have experience within call based customer service

HOURS:
Full time - Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch


DURATION:
Temporary to Permanent


LOCATION:
Great Yarmouth


PAY RATE:
£9.50 per hour in the first 12 weeks
