4on/4off (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am) 2 days, 2 nights

12 hour shifts

Essential

  • Injection Moulding Experience
  • Manufacturing Supervisor Experience
  • FLT Licence Preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Being in charge of a shift and physically the sole person(s) in charge of the factory during back shifts (phone support available).
  • Liaising with the previous supervisor and understand the status of the factory floor prior to starting the shift.
  • Leading the production environment by allocating labour, materials, packaging etc. controlling production changeovers
  • Being a point of contact for operators to approach to resolve an initial concern i.e. issues with parts or general concerns on the shop floor.
  • Carrying out minor adjustments/ fault finding with telephone support on injection moulding machines, robots, chillers etc.
  • Coordinating break times and schedule machine stops accordingly to cover these when needed.
  • The overall shift accountability and is also responsible for ensuring a report is documented and communicated to the next shift.
This role is Production line based over a 30,000 sq. ft. site so a fast paced environment should be expected.
