The Role:

As the Amazon DSP Lead, you will be stepping into a highly exciting and challenging position.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, develop and grow a team specializing in Amazon DSP (Demand Side Platform) and programmatic advertising.
  • Roll out fresh new ideas and innovations within the DSP space
  • Implement and manage programmatic campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyse large sets of data to drive datadriven decisions and strategies.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards in all aspects of the work.
  • Demonstrate strong numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Be proactive and innovative, constantly seeking new approaches and solutions.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Amazon services and ecommerce.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Programmatic Senior Account Management or Programmatic Lead role, preferably with a background at Amazon, an Amazon agency, or as an Amazon vendor/seller.
  • Proven experience and excellent results with DSP ads (programmatic ads)
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated with excellent initiative.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Innovative thinker, open to exploring new ideas and approaches.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the ecommerce space.
  • Passionate about Amazon and ecommerce.
