Applicants must be able to complete ALL DAYS AND HOURS during the survey period of 2 weeks, from Monday November 20th to Friday November 24th 2023 _
AND Monday November 27th to Friday November 1st December 2023_

The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 each day

Total hours for the week = 45 hours (Plus an additional 2 hours for training)

Total hours for both weeks = 90 hours (Plus additional 2 hours for training)

PLUS - _
all successful applicants must complete a 2 hour training schedule on campus prior to the start of survey, which is essential. The training will be on either Thursday November 16th _
AND/OR _
Friday November 17th 2023 (Training day and time to be agreed with Survey Manager at interview stage)

The survey involves walking a set route of Teaching and Academic Office Spaces every hour, recording the number of Students/Staff/Researchers in each room.

The survey is designed so that all rooms will be surveyed within 40 minutes of each hour, thereby ensuring each member of staff is provided with a minimum 20 minute break every hour, throughout each day.
