Our client is a market leading brand name in vehicle and lifestyle accessories. The company operates internationally and continues to expand rapidly due to strong demand for their premium quality products.

They sell online via their in-house developed e-commerce platform and other online sales channels alongside selling to vehicle manufacturers/importers, car dealerships and distributors worldwide.

Due to continued expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team as a clerk. The purpose of the role is to ensure accuracy of data entered on the online selling platform. Accurate and timely data is essential to contributing to the success of the online selling process.


Since the selling platform is used across multiple countries, this is an opportunity to work with other languages, with translations provided so no need to have knowledge of other languages.


As an experienced data clerk, you will be required to enter new product information, and regularly review existing website and marketplace listings.

Ensuring all data is correct to an excellent standard. A vital role to ensure a great customer experience and to keep return rates low.


Responsibilities:

***Accurate entry of new products and vehicles - Follow established procedures for data entry

Accurate matching of product fitments, warnings and installation videos

Verify the accuracy of entered data


Maintain product titles and other basic information related to search engine optimisation (SEO) - knowledge of SEO is not a requirement for this role.

Guidelines and training will be provided.

Publishing and updating some general text based website content - content will be provided

Regularly review existing product listings and data to ensure optimum standards and adjust as necessary

Careful administration of bulk changes

The role involves working with multiple languages - translations will be provided.

Working with the e-Commerce Manager and e-Commerce co-ordinator to prioritize projects and actions

Light involvement with image files, ensuring product images are labelled assigned correctly to product listings.

Some involvement with non-datarelated tasks.


Requirements:

***Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel

Previous experience of a data entry role that requires careful accuracy and quality check

Experience of listing products to a website or a marketplace such as Amazon/eBay is beneficial but not necessary.

Strictly follow company processes

Experience with automotive product compatibility is beneficial but not necessary

40 Hours per week, hours between: Current working hours 08:30 to 17:30 with a 3pm finish on Fridays
