Responsibilities:


  • Mainly responsible for client maintenance, answers problems encountered by clients in post-purchase services, including but not limited to rental management, furniture, tax declaration, etc., and assists operations to complete transformation;
  • Connects with suppliers, coordinates furniture distribution, tax declaration and other work, follows up on furniture distribution progress, and updates in a timely manner;
  • Assists in resale business, follows up consultation, shows houses, and matches suitable housing projects to clients;
  • Cooperates with department head to complete other tasks
1.主要负责客户维护工作,解答客户在购房后服务中遇到的问题,包括不限于出租管理、家具、税务申报等,协助运营完成转化;

2.对接供应商,协调家具配送、税务申报等工作,跟进家具配送进度,及时更新;

3.协助转售业务,跟进咨询,带看房,匹配合适的房源项目给客户;

4.配合部门负责人完成其他工作


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as a working language.
  • Strong customer service awareness and the ability to handle multi-line tasks.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, good pressure resistance, and strong communication skills.
  • Applicants with about 1year of work experience will be given priority.
1.本科以上学历,英语可作为工作语言,会粤语者优先考虑;

2.客户服务意识强,具备处理多线任务的能力 ;

3.较强责任心,执行力强,抗压能力好,具有较强的沟通能力;

4.有1年左右工作经验者优先


Salary:
£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • English not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester, M1 5AN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
