My client is lookingfor an experienced sales administrator to join their growing team.

Your role will be to support the Business Development Managers with their upcoming events and help to service their clients by scheduling and arranging designs, ensure lead times are beingadhered to and managed and build and maintain relationships with clients.


Duties and responsibilities of Sales Administrator:

  • Processing order through CRM system.
  • Liaising with internal departments.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Always providing an excellent service.
  • Supporting sales team.
  • Checking orders carefully to ensure correct information in being inputted for order and production.
  • Meeting clients face to face.

Key skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Industry experience desirable (events, marketing, exhibitions)
  • At least 3 years admin, coordinating or sales support required.
  • Confident over the phone and face to face.
