The Head of Estates role isan exciting opportunity to join our established EstatesDepartment.

This role is responsible for leading our teams and directing the strategic implementation of Estates activity across more than 150 different properties within Gloucestershire.

You'll get support from the wider Estates and Facilities team and report into our Associate Director of Estates, Facilities and Medical Equipment.

You will give confident and clear leadership whilst you motivate, encourage and challenge your team to take ownership of their work and go the extra mile.

A "can do" attitude is required, as well as a commitment to maintaining statutory and regulatory compliance across all of our teams and trades.

Excellent planning and organisational skills are a necessity to prioritise your workload, and that of the teams.
