Please note this role is hybrid and will require up to 1 day a week in our Leeds or Bradford offices with the remaining days working from home.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Change Consultant to join YBS to implement best practice change management across a company that has a very exciting change agenda.

YBS are passionate about their colleagues and want to ensure people understand the impact of change and can adjust to it successfully.

About the role:

The purpose of this role is to work with the People Change Manager to identify, develop, implement, and promote change management best practice across YBS, developing a community of practice in this area.

You will work closely with the People Change Manager to drive people focused change across the company, championing, and implementing best practice in the change management programs.

You will work with L+D to increase our capability to deliver, embed and take accountability for change by involvement in the development and delivery of learning interventions

You will provide expertise and challenge to ensure people aspects of change are prioritised, ensuring colleague engagement is maintained throughout change

You will provide best practice expertise on leading people change - guide and design effective people change plans

You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders to influence and drive adoption and new ways of working in the field of people change.

You will support preparing affected business areas for transition to new ways of working and ensuring these are integrated into the business post go live

Ensure the delivery and measurement of people benefits when the change has been completed

**About you

***: We are looking for someone who has experience in developing and implementing change management methodology in an organization.

You need to be able to identify people change impacts and people change plans across multiple projects and we are looking for someone who is be able get the business engaged and excited about people change.
