Ceed Administrator - St. Andrews, United Kingdom - University of St Andrews
Description
The Centre for Educational Enhancement and Development (CEED) requires a part-time administrator to join CEED's administrative team and report to CEED's Operations Coordinator.
The administrator will have varied duties, but primarily will be responsible for all supporting all finance activity in CEED, including purchasing, invoicing, contracting, budgeting, and responding to finance-related queries.
In addition, the role-holder will also work as a member of the wider CEED admin team, providing flexible support across the Unit where required and representing CEED in matters of health and safety, wellbeing and security.
Applicants should be educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent, and have relevant administrative and finance experience in an office environment.
The hours of work are 14.5 per week, which can be worked flexibly.
