We are hiring a
Care Assistant at our extra care scheme in
Burgess Hill

Care Assistant Duties Include:

Assisting with Personal Care and Medications.
Helping with mobility around the home
Providing support at mealtimes
Supporting with Shopping and Domestic Duties
Liaising with medical professionals
Advocating for independence and choice
Report writing and record keeping
Supporting with outsdoor activites
