Customer Service Associate required for an award-winning manufacturing company based near Chipping Norton, Banbury.

As Customer Service Associate your responsibilities include:

Delivering excellent service standards and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
Providing an efficient and orderly approach to work streams across the business systems
Working closely and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics and Finance colleagues
Calm and effective customer complaint handling to ensure a professional and timely resolution.

Skills and experience required:

Fluent speaking in French (desirable)
2 year's experience working within a customer service environment
Strong PC computer skills using Microsoft packages

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience working in a customer service environment and enjoys talking to customers on the phone and working towards solving and issues or problems they may have.
