We have an opportunity available for a
Gallery Services Advisor to join our Gallery Services team based out of our Head Office at the
Mailbox, Birmingham (with requirements to work at our Warehouse in Erdington too).

Joining us on a full time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7.

You will receive a salary of
£21,000 per annum plus bonus.

We offer original paintings, limited edition prints and sculptures representing some of the biggest names currently in the art world, such as; Johnny Depp, Bob Dylan, Raphael Mazzucco and James McQueen, just to name a few


_Please be aware this is a Monday to Sunday role, working 5 days out of 7. Weekend and Bank Holiday working will be expected in this role, although this won't be every weekend and every bank holiday. This role does not offer hybrid working._

Key responsibilities as Gallery Services:


  • To act as a point of support for Sales Director/Retail Area Managers/Galleries regarding availability and placement of artwork, curation and presentation.
  • Managing gallery artwork requests and requirements, making suggestions and recommendations of appropriate artwork for each gallery and sales, where appropriate.
  • Proactively support the sales effort of the galleries by alerting them to art availability and suggesting alternatives.
  • Monitor sales and stock levels across galleries and develop knowledge of companywide & gallery specific sales trends. Use sales data and product knowledge to make recommendations & action accordingly.
  • Provide appropriate support for artist launch events.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Understands how to implement promotional activity and drive sales.
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, demonstrate initiative and think creatively.
  • Has an awareness of profitability, through allocation and placement of artwork.
  • Uses an awareness of Company policies and procedures to ensure best practice
