HR Officer |Weybridge | Full-time | Permanent | £30,000 - £32,000 + Performance Bonus

Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.


We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our clients for a HR Officer to join their organisation who are based within an exceptional office building in Weybridge, Surrey.


Role Duties:


  • Undertake all HR administration for the HR department
  • Update HR databases with all employee changes i.e., new starters, leavers, movers and benefit changes
  • Responsible for the HR inbox, monitoring and responding to incoming queries and escalating anything more senior to the Head of HR
  • Complete thorough and enhanced preemployment checks
  • Provide regular HR related reports and information required for audits
  • Work closely with other departments to provide HR data and information when required
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects
  • Solid experience within a similar HR Officer role, a minimum of two years' HR experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience and ability of working with highly confidential information
  • People centric in your approach
  • Good ability to build successful working relationships across all levels
