Finance Manager

£45,000 to £50,000 (dependent upon experience) + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Life Assurance

Swindon / Hybrid Office & Home Based
I am exclusively working in partnership with my client to recruit a Finance Manager. The parent company is a world market leader and has been operating in Europe for over 30 years.


The Swindon base is the first state of the art factory in the UK and Europe to produce their unique products to deliver projects in the UK and Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business.


Your role will be to assist the Financial Controller in supplying a full Management and Financial accounting service including the supervision of the Finance Assistants, maintaining financial records, producing monthly management information.


About the job:


  • Supervision of a small team of 2 Finance Assistants
  • Produce weekly revenue, margin and production variance management information
  • Project Accounting activities
- maintaining an accurate financial snapshot of installation projects.

  • Overseeing accruals/prepayments, as well as monitoring unbilled revenue/deferred revenue balance sheet accounts
  • Maintenance of the fixed asset register and monitor capital expenditure on projects
  • Multicurrency cash forecasting and reporting
  • Manage foreign currency payrolls via the outsourced providers
  • Point of contact with the Auditors and Bank
  • VAT / Statutory compliance

About you:


  • AAT qualified, CIMA/ACCA part Qualified or Qualified with experience in both management and financial accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills
