The role primarily involves efficiently handling Personal Injury Claims, ensuring swift resolution for our valued customers.

To be considered for this position, you must possess prior experience in handling Personal Injury Claims both within and outside of the RTA Portal.

Your expertise and knowledge will play a crucial role in enhancing our service.

As a New Claims Portal Handler, you will enjoy flexible working options, enabling you to maintain an ideal work-life balance.

Your responsibilities will encompass proactively managing Personal Injury Claims, efficiently processing payments, and effectively negotiating with various parties involved.

Requirements for this role include a strong background in Motor Claims, particularly within a Bodily Injury Claims environment.

Your proven expertise in handling Personal Injury Claims and familiarity with OIC (Official Injury Claims) Portal or similar platforms will be highly valued.

Advanced knowledge of all aspects of Motor Claims, including Credit Hire, potential fraud, and litigation, is essential.

Additionally, you should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care throughout the claims process.

Good negotiation skills will also be pivotal in achieving optimal outcomes for all parties.
