£40k + car allowance

I am working with a reputable organisation in Burnley who are looking for an Apprenticeship Manager to join their team.

This role is perfect for someone with a strategic L&D background who can work in a fast paced and commercial environment.

Grow the internal apprenticeship provision in line with business priorities.
Maintain and continually improve the provision by collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure all internal programmes meet the needs of the business
Ensure successful delivery of standards and qualifications, ensuring successful outcomes for all learners
Improve staff retention through highquality development programmesthat provide stretch and challenge to our colleagues
Strategic role working closely with stakeholders
Overall management of apprenticeship levy and budgets
Establish apprenticeships in new business areas by reviewing apprenticeship standards and aligning to business needsWorking knowledge of apprenticeships, the apprenticeship levy and regulatory bodies such as Ofsted and ESFA
