This is a fixed term role due to end in March 2024. The role is 21.25 hours per week workedMonday - Friday 12:4- 17:00


As one of our Reception staff you will provide a professional and comprehensive administrative support and reception services to our commercial property portfolio in Scotland.


You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries to SPACE with a commitment to delivering high quality customer service.

Providing an efficient and effective service to tenant companies, visitors and the public calling or visiting SPACE.

Provide administrative support to the Commercial Services Manager and general administrative support to tenant companies as required.

More about you


To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience in a similar position and will have experience working in an office environment.

You will have excellent customer care skills and be a strong communicator


You will be strong a prioritising and organising your own workload and will be able to work on your own initiative and with have good all round IT skills.
