Site - HSE Advisor
Role Context:
The primary role of the HSE Advisor is to ensure compliance with all activities of Health, Safety, Environmental and Wellbeing with Worley employees and contractors.
Primarily the role will be based at the P66 Humber Refinery in South Killingholme but may extend to any of our client's facilities and any other Worley Facilities.
This position will be reporting directly to the Worley HSE Lead.You'll be:
- Assessing Risk Assessments and Method Statements ensuring Company policies and procedures are implemented appropriately, alongside Regulatory Compliance Reviews.
- Liaising with P66 operational departments to ensure Worley's interests are been meet through the clients Work Instructions and Risk Assessments, you will also develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements which follows Worley's principals and practices.
- Completing statutory equipment inspections emergency equipment, machinery, vehicles, PPE, etc., Personal Safety interventions e.g. advising on the implementation of PPE requirements, procedural controls, etc.
- Completing audits and follow up actions, Develop and deliver toolbox talks & Updating notice boards and help increase communications methods
- Promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the company and help promote campaigns such as, Worley Life, Take 5, SOR's, etc.".
You'll have/be:
- Expert knowledge and skills in order to generate and promote a positive health and safety culture.
- Prior experience working in a similar position as a HSE Advisor onsite within a construction, energy or similar related industry.
- NEBOSH Certified
- Interpersonal skills establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization.
- Customer service skills, including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externally.
