Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week with negotiable start/finish times).
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Deal with despatch of parts
Skills:
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing and filing
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
