Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week with negotiable start/finish times).


Duties:


  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Deal with despatch of parts

Skills:


  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Excellent clerical skills, including typing and filing
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
