UCLH Maternity are looking for a new team leader for our hybrid Midwifery continuity teams. Based in Camden and Islington, you can expect to lead a team of no more than 7 midwives.
Our Midwives work on a shift basis either at their community clinic, visits at home or working on the birth centre.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of quality improvement and a commitment to delivering high quality care.
You will be well supported by your fellow team leaders, the Matron for outpatients and a Consultant Midwife.
UCLH boasts excellent training facilities, one week's mandatory training a year, extensive staff welfare services including a maternity staff psychologist and a regular programme of free massages and complimentary therapies for staff.
We are based near the lively west end of London and are central for travel, with Euston and King's cross close by.
