The Business Growth Coach will work with a wide range of customers looking to start and grow their own small business, as well as established SME's looking for support or help to grow their business to the next level.

Responsible engaging customers and partnership working, and then for a caseload, the Business Adviser will manage clients through a business or Peer mentoring programme, identifying the support required to improve their business skills or remove barriers to growth.

Business Growth Coaches will assess and support clients and help them navigate a wide range of available topics, building a rapport to maintain engagement and coaching them to succeed.

Key to the role is also developing and managing the relationships with the referrals organisations and their staff to generate suitable and appropriate referrals to the programme.

Delivery will be both face to face in person and virtually.

The key benefits of this role include a salary of between £34,000 and £38,000 per annum, with 25 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays).

Each year of service will accrue an additional day's holiday up to a maximum of 30 days. There will be provision of a laptop and mobile phone to allow for agile mobile working. A pension scheme is also available, contributed to by Momentic.
