Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling
Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery of products
Supervise a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues or delays
Monitor and maintain equipment, such as forklifts, ensuring proper functioning and addressing any mechanical issues

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center
Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including experience with AS400 or similar systems
Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs
Familiarity with business processes related to inventory management and order fulfillment
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required in a warehouse environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment
