Description
A fast growing online company is looking for a Customer Service and E-Commerce Executive to join their team.
The position is office based and focuses on serving customers from the web store, assisting in Amazon store management and the maintenance of the website.
This role would suit someone full time (9am - 5pm) or part time, hours to be agreed.
Duties include
- Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a friendly, proactive, efficient, and effective manner
- Maintain a highclass customer service standard to deliver sales results for the business
- Maintain and improve our independent review feedback score
- Helping improve the usability and content on website
- Assisting with Site Maintenance projects
- Adhering to SEO best practice, enhancing website pages to improve the natural traffic to the website
- Assisting with the collation of data for new product to be loaded to the site
- Strong experience of working in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Keen to develop an understanding of SEO, web copywriting, online marketing methods
