Description

Our client is looking for a Purchasing Apprentice to join their team in Birmingham, B6.

Hours of Work: 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday.

8:30 am - 1:00 pm on Friday.

Purchasing Apprentice Responsibilities:

Receive requisitions and enter purchase orders.
Work with suppliers to ensure that purchase orders are delivered on time.
Source and develop new suppliers for existing products
Enter purchase orders
Manage supplier deliveries and develop new suppliers.
Although you are primarily employed as a Purchasing and Procurement Assistant, you may at times be required to assist in other areas of the business, including in direct production roles. _
