  • SOMERSET A rare and exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of HR to oversee all the HR functions at this Legal 500 practice in Somerset.
You must have worked previously in a professional serviceenvironment with around 7-10 years' experience in a HR managerial position. You must also be a qualified CIPD professional and have a good personal presence.

In this role you will working closely alongside the HR Partner, Finance Director, Operations Partnerand Central Team Leaders on HR matters in order to drive the growth of the business.

You will be working closely with senior stakeholders in the business, establishing the direction of HR, implementing initiatives that work with the business objectives andregulatory framework.

You will be providing partners, staff and managers with any information and advisory matters on all HR related issues, working on complex employee matters such as disciplinary and grievances.

You will be responsible for any middle tosenior recruitment whilst also overseeing wider recruitment.

The team that you will be heading up are fully functional, approachable and engages with all areas of the firm.
