This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Customer Service Executive to work for a Global FMCG company based in a lovely modern office in Uxbridge.

They are looking for someone who can come in, hit the ground running and manage their own workload efficiently.

To succeed, you must be very customer focused with experience in a similar role, details of which you can find below.


Key responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders through SAP
  • Working with other internal departments to ensure the customer order is completed efficiently
  • Processing contracts, invoices and credit notes

Personal attributes:

  • Customer Service Focused with proven experience in a Customer Service Office based role
  • Experience with order management and order management systems (preferably SAP)
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
  • Be a strong communicator both written and verbal
  • Able to selfmanage, selfmotivate and manage own workload
