Hunter Savage is delighted to be recruiting for a commercially astute and driven Head of Finance on behalf of an innovative, scaling fintech business.

The successful Head of Finance will add real value and bring change to the business and provide support to the VP Finance and Senior Leadership team.

The Head of Finance will play a pivotal role in creating a best in class, automated finance function that produces timely, accurate information to support decision making within the business and you will partner closely with teams across the business to educate on performance, risks & opportunities.

The Role:

Accountable for monthend financial reporting & analysis, delivering robust and accurate information and KPIs.
Developing the reporting suite to present financial and business performance, ensuring key metrics are captured and analysed.
Lead on ERP system implementation (NetSuite) and own our Treasury strategy.
Developing and coaching the finance team with a deep passion for creating excellent opportunities for professional growth
Stakeholder relationship management, through collaborating and communicating across different departments. Influencing new ideas and initiatives.

The Person:

ACA or CIMA qualified accountant, you'll bring a technical driven approach to accounting and have deep experience of leveraging innovation.
Hands on and driven individual, focussed and truly collaborative in your approach.
Strong communication skills and strong leadership skills
