Business Development Manager-Salary £50,000 + uncapped commission with potential OTE of £200,000 per annum.
We are searching for someone that is looking to join an extremely successful company based in Reigate. You will play an extremely important role for the business which is their Business Development Manager. Maybe you have been working within another organisationselling business telecoms solutions, if so, this is the role for you.
I have worked with this client for many years now and they have created a very successful businessthey are expanding, and therefore the Business Development Team needs your help
The Role:
- Identify the number of calls needed to reach agreed sales targets.
- Handle any company generated leads with diligence and professionalism.
- Maintain prospect client's and current client's database.
- Keep abreast of all developments within the world of telecoms so that you are able to have meaningful conversations with clients.
- Represent yourself and the business in the best possible light at all times.
The Person:
- You will have a degree or equivalent.
- Ability to understand the effects of technical advances and how they can enhance a business.
- High level of IT Competency.
- Used to working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Strong planning and negotiation skills.
- Highly selfmotivated.
- Experience of selling to SME's and communicating at all levels.
