HR Coordinator

Location:
Bedford


Key responsibilities:

-
Leavers - processing leavers and acknowledging resignations, updating NuView (HR system).
-
Family leave - provide administrative support in the form of letters, forms and updating any associated HR data sources
-
Absence Management - ensuring absence data is made available to the business and wider HR team in timely and agreed manner and ensuring associated documentation, including Return to Work (RTW) forms and sick notes are collected and processed

Occupational Health - arranging appointments and health surveillance, review and file employee documentation
-
Employee Relations - supporting the business and HR Advisor/Business Partners with any meeting support and administration activity

Management Information - generate reports and data e.g. weekly absence reports, RTW completion tracking, Labour Turnover and Stability and other agreed standard reports and information.


Key skills and experience:


  • Relevant vocational qualification, preferably CIPD Level 3 Equivalent work experience and skills in HR are accepted in lieu of formal qualifications.
  • Previous experience in an HR generalist administration role
  • Experience of managing a varied workload, which at times may be unpredictable.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with people at all levels of the business and establish appropriate boundaries.
  • Capable of producing high quality work in a flexible, fast paced environment
  • The ability to handle confidential matters and execute sound judgment
