Fostering Independent Reviewing Officer

£49,000 + £2,400 Car Allowance

We are looking for a
Fostering Independent Reviewing Officer to join an Independent Fostering Agency in Uxbridge This is a
Hybrid Role and has
NO Out of Hours.



Salaries can go as high as £49,000 with a £2,400 Car Allowance

Your role will include:


  • Considering future approval of Foster Carer(s) and presenting them to a Fostering Panel.
  • Assuring Foster Carer Reviews (FCR) are timely and in keeping with Fostering Innovations Guidance for FCR.
  • Chairing reviews requiring early review following a Complaint or Sec 47 Child Protection Enquiry.
  • To work alongside Fostering Innovations Team to support and enhance a quality service.

Requirements:


  • You are a Qualified Social Worker
  • You have experience in fostering or in any other children's teams (child protection, looked after children, etc)
  • You have a Social Work Degree and a Valid Driving License
