Description
You will form part of the Operational Communications Team and will carry out important quality checks and controls. Identifying and track improvements/issues on the quality of the content within communications whilst meeting SLA expectations.Following opportunities for improvements on communications that do not meet the required criteria through to completion, proactively raising any concerns to management & key stakeholders.
You must have a keen eye for detail, always considering the customer impact of the communication being delivered.
Support the team in standardising and evolving both CCM template & print checking, ensuring appropriate controls are in place for changes and projects that involve customer output.
Further develop MI, to maintain and improve checking and control processes, change management policy, and adhere to the fault reporting process.
You will form an integral link in the change management process ensuring built communications are checked within a timely manner throughout all stages of the process with 100% quality being achieved.
- Maintain and mange updates to Workfront, DAM and associated reporting dashboards in line process requirements
- Ensure all team control tasks are completed within SLA
- Complete simple communication builds within internal communication platforms
- Manage the team mailboxes/MS Teams sites within SLA, proactively raising any issues to your manager
- Proactively raising issues to prevent incidents and supporting stakeholders across CCM domain and wider Santander to maintain preventative measures
- Where identified, ensure that process improvement opportunities and control gaps are actioned/referred to the relevant area of responsibility.
