This City firm act for clients including national PLCs, SMEs, and Start-Ups, and is currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor To join the team, playing a key role in their continued success.

What sets this firm apart from their competitors is the personal approach they take to their clients, taking time to understand their needs, and providing legal solutions accordingly.

In this role you will be working closely with the Partner heading the department acting for the firm's established client base.

You will be dealing with a range of commercial litigation work including, but not limited to:

  • Contract disputes
  • Negligence claims
  • Debt recovery
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Director disputes
  • Bankruptcy disputes


Ideally you will have 5+ years' PQE and be confident in working autonomously, although support from the Partners will be available whenever required.
