Are you currently looking for your next challenging role?

We are working with a well-established Marketing Communications and Print Solutions company who are currently on the hunt for an Account Director to join their growing business.

This role will be predominantly dealing with Public sector clients to support withmarket strategies and campaigns from brief through to delivery.

Offering full time hours along with a competitive salary of up to GBP45,000per annum.
What will you be doing as an Account Director?

  • A trusted partner to the client in delivering all requirements.
  • To be the senior point of contact on a day to day basis
  • To build strong client relationships at the highest level.
  • Confident in presenting in client presentations.
  • Thorough understanding of your Clients structure and service requirement, ensuring the team are delivering on all contractual SLAs, brand guidelines and that quality standards are being met at all times. Identify areas where improvements and efficienciescan be made.
  • Ensure client expectations are being met.
  • Advise clients on the most efficient and cost effective solutions, being able to challenge a client where necessary but be able to provide solutions and alternative options for consideration.
  • Proactively manage all risks and escalate any concerns to your Client Services Director.
  • Provide contractual MI, reports and ad hoc information where required
  • Own the processes and continue to develop best practice
  • Articulate and deliver training to your teams on any business process, using wider business support as necessary.
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • You will understand the commercials relating to both framework contracts and specific client accounts, allowing you to identify and drive opportunities to increase revenue whilst controlling your accounts growth
  • You will assist with forecast revenue/planning
  • Understanding and checking of system reports (WIP, aged debt etc)
  • Maximise revenue by ensuring all costs are captured and charged with margin being maximised wherever possible.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable speaking with clients at all levels and internal departments
  • Clearly communicate decisions to your team and ensure team members receive regular performance reviews.
  • Motivate and inspire your team, providing feedback and celebrating success when appropriate. Mentor and develop your team creatively and strategically to enhance their knowledge.
  • Experience of official publishing.
  • Reporting to and working closely with the Client Services Director
  • Public Sector experience very desirable.
