The Opportunity;
Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with a fast growing consultancy business based in the North East, who are looking to hire a HR Manager.
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly experienced leadership team, support in a number of exciting people initiatives and lead the day to day running of the HR function.
Key elements of the role include;- Working as a trusted partner to the leadership team and supporting all people related activities, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Developing a robust recruitment strategy to attract high quality talent for key roles, enhancing the employer brand and ensuring colleagues are trained on effective interviewing techniques.
- Developing a great induction programme to support the onboarding process and improve retention rates.
- Implementing and embedding an effective performance management process, ensuring consistency across the business.
- Leadership of the HR team including Recruitment Advisors and an HR Advisor.
- Oversee all group learning and development activities, working with an outsourced training provider to drive management and leadership skills.
- Overseeing all HR administration activities, ensuring high standards and excellent levels of customer service.
- Providing regular HR data and insights for the leadership team to support business decision making.
Package:
- Salary: £40,000 £50,000 dependent on experience
- Hybrid working
The Person;
- Strong generalist HR experience encompassing all areas of HR from employee relations through to recruitment and retention strategies
- Good track record in developing recruitment and attraction strategies
- Enjoys building relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience of working with operational and professional colleagues, ideally in a multi site environment.
- Team management experience
