The Opportunity;

Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with a fast growing consultancy business based in the North East, who are looking to hire a HR Manager.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a highly experienced leadership team, support in a number of exciting people initiatives and lead the day to day running of the HR function.

Key elements of the role include;

Working as a trusted partner to the leadership team and supporting all people related activities, providing expert advice and guidance.
Developing a robust recruitment strategy to attract high quality talent for key roles, enhancing the employer brand and ensuring colleagues are trained on effective interviewing techniques.
Developing a great induction programme to support the onboarding process and improve retention rates.
Implementing and embedding an effective performance management process, ensuring consistency across the business.
Leadership of the HR team including Recruitment Advisors and an HR Advisor.
Oversee all group learning and development activities, working with an outsourced training provider to drive management and leadership skills.
Overseeing all HR administration activities, ensuring high standards and excellent levels of customer service.
Providing regular HR data and insights for the leadership team to support business decision making.

Package:

Salary: £40,000 £50,000 dependent on experience
Hybrid working

The Person;

Strong generalist HR experience encompassing all areas of HR from employee relations through to recruitment and retention strategies
Good track record in developing recruitment and attraction strategies
Enjoys building relationships with key stakeholders
Experience of working with operational and professional colleagues, ideally in a multi site environment.
Team management experience
