About the role:
This is an exciting time to join our integrated Student and Library Information Services Team.
The post of Student and Library Information Services Adviser provides front-line student enquiry services and front-of-house library services for students, researchers, academic staff and external users.
You will be responsible for working directly with our diverse student body, answering and resolving a wide variety of enquiries related to library and student services, including sourcing books, journals, databases, IT troubleshooting, student record queries, life-cycle events such as registration and graduation and appointment management for key student-facing services.
You will also support the management of the study and research environments under the remit of the University Librarian, ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of high quality, user-centred library and student services, supporting the University's learning, teaching and research endeavour.

We anticipate that interviews will take place during week commencing 30 January 2023.
