Accounts Payable Assistant Require Part Time - Country Court in Werrington, Peterborough.

Hours - Part Time, 21 hours per week

About The Accounts Payable Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our established finance team.

You will be reporting into our Accounts Payable Manager and will have responsibility for Purchase Ledger processing, payment runs and account reconciliations.

Main Job Tasks & Role Responsibilities:

Day to day processing of Purchase Ledger
Daily & monthly controls & reconciliations
Monitor and reconcile major supplier accounts
Month end authorisation and posting to ensure purchase ledger is up to date
Contribute to process improvements within purchase ledger

About You:

We are looking for a friendly & confident person with a strong understanding of the confidentiality required to work in finance:

Experience of working in a finance team would be beneficial
Purchase ledger knowledge & experience an advantage
Experience of Sage Intacct
Strong IT Literacy & Excel skills essential
Excellent level of accuracy & attention to details
Able to demonstrate aptitude of using figures
