Associate Business Development Director (up to £75k + bens)

As a Business Development Director requires you will;

Be a critical member of the dynamic business development and marketing team, developing leads with Fortune 1000 clients
Build and execute a plan for attracting qualifying and converting clients.
Develop firm and category audits to identify opportunities
Create compelling new business presentations and proposals

You're a great fit for this position if you have:

A hunter mentality, fearless in going after new accounts
A passion for branding
5+ years of consultative sales experience in business development with agency or service industry experience (selling branding consultation is a plus, but not a requirement), with a strong track record of opening doors and winning deals with new clients
Confidence and the ability to communicate well with senior leaders at prospective clients via phone, mail, and inperson
Experience bringing strategic insight and marketing skills to proposals and presentations
Strong initiative, a selfstarter and highly detailed oriented
