Job Purpose


To ensure products are received and dispatched correctly and in a timely manner whilst ensuring the quantity and quality are in line with customer expectations.

Key Results Areas

  • Checking incoming stock deliveries against paperwork for quantity and quality
  • Putting stock away in correct locations
  • Picking correct goods for outgoing orders and checking quantity and quality at all times
  • Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring that the loads are safe and secure
  • Assisting with customer collection of goods in a professional manner
  • Help prepare for and carry out regular stock takes in accordance with company stock take procedures
  • General housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse

Qualifications required

  • Fork lift truck licence desirable but not essential
  • Full driving licence desirable but not essential
