Marketing Supervisor
We are UPS, the world's largest package delivery company.

We are looking for a full time Customer Marketing Supervisor to join our team based in Lotus Park, Staines-upon-Thames, West London.

This is a permanent management position.

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketeer with a passion for product marketing and strategy to join our team. Your main responsibility will be helping to develop go-to-market strategy and enhance competitive solutions for customers.

What you'll do:


  • Lead the development, implementation, and profitable growth of new products and services, product enhancements, strategic and tactical marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Align marketing priorities and initiatives with sales and operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and interact with customers to develop product improvements and enhancements.
  • Develop, implement, and lead marketing strategy for specified products and services with the support of a direct report.
  • You have competence and strong interest to develop skills in product growth strategy.
  • You are passionate about building value for customers and not just achieving business results.
  • You have previous experience in strategy, product growth or customer marketing (preferably product marketing background).
  • You are selfmotivated, accountable and proactive.
