Description

The post holder will support the maintenance of the Trust's workforce information systems by being responsible for the accurate entry of workforce data, and associated administrative processes.

The post holder will be competent IT user and be able to learn new systems quickly


To receive and interpret electronic forms, entering relevant information on to ESR, in accordance with agreed pay and project deadlines.

Provide support and guidance to users of the electronic staff forms

Act as a point of contact for staff and managers, liaising with the
Trust's payroll, finance, and IM&T departments, to resolve
queries relating to pay and workforce information

Support the finalisation and export of the pay file, including unlocking shifts in health roster and providing guidance to inputters

Process absence drop outs and errors generated from the pay files

Manage access to ESR by processing URP request forms and managing password requests

To be able to obtain data from ESR to provide references

Support the Workforce Systems team with project work.

To be aware of data quality issues at all times, taking action to
maintain standards.

Previous administration experience, strong IT skills and the ability to work to deadlines is essential.

Excellent customer service skills are essential
