An exciting SEN Classroom Assistant position has become available, working with a non-verbal pupil with complex learning needs in KS1.

The SEN Classroom Assistant:

The SEN Classroom Assistant Role:

As an SEN Classroom Assistant, you will be working with a non-verbal pupil with Autism and complex learning needs on a 1:1 basis, both in the classroom and in the form of intervention support.

You should be an SEN Classroom Assistant who is confident with differentiatingwork to suit the level of ability of the pupil you are working with.

You must be an excellent communicator, preferably trained in additional forms of communication such as Makaton or PECS.

The School:
This primary school based in Rubery caters for pupils in KS1 and KS2. There is a relatively high intake of pupils with a range of SEN.

The leadership team is incredibly supportive for both students and staff and offer extensive CPD to further your professionaland personal development.
